Ok Guys a few pointers for the people who are struggling.

Some of you will be wondering where the loader is... the loader is in the navigation bar above ^^^^^^^^^^^ between home and portal.
For the people who dont know where the forums are, click on home. and when you guys find the loader, load the page up and soon find that its not working, that is because i have taken my laptop out with me not being able to connect, so be sure to check back on the portal page for updates of when the hotel will be back on and wen it is offline.
